Zac had Christmas in Saskatchewan at his Dad and Amanda's place. So, we celebrated his home Christmas a bit early. He flew out on Christmas Eve morning, so on the 23rd, my mom and dad (who were here a day or 2 before) Amy and her boyfriend Travis, my brother Jeff and Allison and kids, and us all went to the White Spot for dinner and then back to our place to open gifts.
Hustle and bustle getting everyone's gifts out. We stayed at home with a houseful, so we spent this night exchanging gifts with my brothers family too.
Nice ol' cheesy fireplace t.v. And notice the Maggie with jingle bell collar.
Here's my biggest bro Jeff and Allison.
And their boys Brandon (12) and Colson (9).
And this is Zac in the aftermath. His 'big' gift this year was an iPod shuffle, which you can kinda tell he likes!
This is the night our dryer decided to go to a better place. (Our kitchen sink and modem were soon to follow). Since Zac didn't have almost any clean clothes, as I was waiting to do it all together to send fresh clothes with him on his trip, of course we had the dryer full and washer full with a load or 2 to follow. So we ended up carting all the wet clothes into the city, and Chris had to run back and forth to switch loads at a laundramat down the street from the restaurant. *GONG* Luckily, it all ended up ok. Thanks to Chris, for getting the clothes done in time, and big big thanks to my mom and dad who surprised us by getting us a brand new washer & dryer set!
